While taking meetings with the mobile companies kpn, Vodafone, T-Mobile, Orange, and Telfort, Zong learned some Dutch customs. One, always maintain eye contact with Dutch people when speaking. Two, be reserved with your hand gestures (not a problem for Zong, due to the lack of arms). The etiquette lessons worked like a charm, and Zong is live and well for all 16 million citizens.
